I am an experienced, bubbly and community focused, fitness trainer and brand owner of Decades Reloaded Fitness, the first ever dance fitness workout sweeping the UK, designed to scientifically support mental health and wellbeing. I have a passion for inspiring others and a dream to make as many people smile as I can.
Having danced for over 20 years and finding a real love for dance inspired fitness programs, I decided to take it to the next level and qualify as an instructor. Since then I have gone on to use my own experiences of mental health to develop the award winning Decades reloaded, share the knowledge adnd passion with other instructors across the UK and parts of Europe and travelled the UK presenting at the largest fitness events!
Specialising in training Pre and Postnatal clients, Pilates and Orthopaedic conditions, exercise for adolescents and active older adults. I want to support more people like you in the community, to keep active and support good mental wellbeing.
Having a rare connective tissue disorder, Hypermobile Elhers Danlos syndrome and Osteoarthritis has changed me as a trainer over the years for the better! I firmly believe in the power of movement as medicine and have first hand knowledge and experience of training around injuries and long-term illness and the benefits to be had from adaptive exercise and techniques to minimise pain while maintaining mobility and strength. Community is at the heart of LucyT fitness! A community, who motivate and inspire each other and thrive together. We are a family from all different walks of life, with all different goals. What unites us is how amazing we feel after we have all been together, either in a class, at a fundraising event or maybe a LTF family social.
Classes have been designed for physical and mental wellness. Giving members the opportunity to take a brain break and just have fun. Classes include Dance fitness such as Clubbercise and Decades Reloaded, A variety of Conditioning classes such as Full body workouts, Resistance training, Pilates, Circuits, Holistic classes and more! With high impact and low impact sessions designed to meet a variety of different needs and goals.
