I believe that looking after your mind and body is about the most important thing you can do for yourself. My ethos is - if the mind is right everything else will follow!
If you want more positive thought processes and decisions these are driven from leading with a positive mindset. (not always easy, this is where my classes come in)
Taking care of our minds is as essential as taking care of your physical health, if not more! With poor mental health being a cause/ contributing factor of an extensive list of chronic illnesses and physical ailments. Taking care of your mind is the greatest defence to protect our immune systems and our anatomical wellbeing.
Boosting endorphins, creating a regular boost of dopamine and balancing cortisol levels can have superb benefits on your day to day life, reducing stress, thinking more positively and making healthier choices.
I have designed a timetable of classes to focus on all areas of mental wellbeing, beneficial to carrying out day to day activities, set in a group exercise format with a socially connected community to provide a full spectrum of support.

Introducing LucyT Fitness Classes
THE ULTIMATE METHOD TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE
I specialise in Mental health awareness and Physical activity for better overall mental wellbeing along with pre and post natal exercise.
I offer a variety of Group exercise classes across the Colchester Community and Surrounding Areas. Classes are available both online and in person offering an all round fitness solution.
Classes are suitable for Adults, Children 14+, Ante and Postnatal Clients. Classes are a range of Dance based fitness such as Clubbercise and Decades Reloaded. I also offer classes such as HIIT, Pilates, Stretch and resistance based classes.
