The first ever dance fitness class specifically designed to improve mental health. Dance your way to a better day - DANCING THROUGH THE DECADES Any decade - Any genre!! If it makes you feel good its on the playlist! With tracks ranging from the 50s, 60s, 70,80,90s and 00s. You'll be left singing "DON'T STOP ME NOW" while rocking your best air guitars! This class is specifically designed to lift you up and keep you motivated A playlist packed full of nostalgic songs throwing you back to the best moments of the past. They have been specifically chosen to harness dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin. Dance yourself fit as you sign along, thinking back on the great memories you have associated with the songs. Designed to increase social connections - Not only is this a great opportunity to meet new people whilst trying out a new hobby, but you and your friends can enjoy the blast from the past in our decades reloaded class. This exercise class is the best way to get you feeling positive and energised whilst listening to your favourite tunes from the past. Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation - Bookings can be transferred to an alternative date as long as rescheduled 24 hours prior to your class start time - No refunds on PAYG due to payment processing fees already being deducted. - Class passes will have the class returned to your pass to rebook. Notification of transfer must be given 24 hours before the start time of the booking or the booking will be lost. *Late cancellations for class pass holders will result in one class being lost from the class pass. BLOCK PAID COURSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
